Our General Contracting division erected the steel framed beams of this addition to South Park Mall, creating an indoor/outdoor seating area. The new location for the popular Charlotte brewery, restaurant and café gives the upscale mall a casual eatery in tune with the mall developer’s “work, live, play, stay” goal.
Our General Contracting division constructed a new metal building from Chief Buildings at Carmel Country Club in Charlotte. The building replaces their golf cart barn, after the structure was destroyed by fire in 2022. The new cart barn was constructed and operational in a timely manner, so the golf course could get back to their normal business operations.
Our General Contracting and Restoration Divisions completely remodeled our very own office location. We transformed an old ranch style house into a functional office space with five offices, one work room, a full kitchen, and three restrooms. Interior work included changes in layout, complete flooring and wall updates, and exterior window changes.
In the heart of downtown Fort Mill, the new location for Fort Mill Pharmacy is a great spot and an even greater facility. This building previously housed a credit union branch and has been transformed into a space perfect for the pharmacy. Our General Contracting division completed the project from start to finish, including the demolition of office walls and spaces, and constructing the new door opening and steps to create a second entrance.
BCS built the new Cooke Rentals in Maiden, NC from the ground up! From site grading, to concrete and asphalt pours, to the frame building, and all finishing out – BCS was the General Contractor for this undertaking and could not be more proud of the finished product.
This 150-year-old barn frame was reconstructed by Heritage Barns along with Bartels Construction Solutions for the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte.
Our General Contracting division assisted the team at The Royal Tot with a some restoration projects and interior finishing projects. From assisting with the bars and kitchens, to opening up a wall for the large bar window on the upstairs deck, our teams were on hand with The Royal Tot for any task necessary.
Our General Contracting division helped the Stroke team with many structures in their unique facility including the horseshoe-shaped bar, the equipment behind the bar, the back-of-the-house kitchen, and assisted with the putt-putt course.
Our General Contracting division completed a full restroom renovation at North Harbor Club in Davidson, NC in just 12 days, allowing the restaurant to only close for a minimal time. We replaced the flooring, and installed new subway tile on the walls, new fixtures, and new doors throughout the restroom area.
